Most Illinois orders arrive within 1 - 2 business days after they ship.

You'll receive tracking information as soon as your order is on its way.

Don't worry! Your bars are still completely safe to eat.

They can safely spend time in transit at room temperature. Simply place them in the refrigerator as soon as they arrive to restore their ideal texture.

We ship orders Monday through Wednesday so your bars arrive the same week. By avoiding late-week shipments, we help prevent your order from sitting in a shipping facility over the weekend.

Every order is packed cold with insulated packaging and ice packs to help maintain the texture, consistency and flavor of your bars during transit.

ntty is currently made in our home kitchen under the Illinois Cottage Food Law. These regulations allow us to sell and ship our bars only within the state of Illinois.

We're working toward expanding production in the future, but for now we're proud to handcraft every bar right here in Illinois.

We don't use preservatives or artificial ingredients. Refrigeration naturally preserves the fresh texture, consistency and flavor of our bars.

Our bars stay fersh for at least one week outside the refrigerator. After that, they may begin to dry out as the natural oils from the peanut butter slowly separate.

For best texture and flavor, please store them in the refrigerator.

Yes! Our bars freeze very well.

Simply thaw one in the refrigerator or let it sit at room temperature for a few minutes before enjoying.

They're great before or after a workout, as an afternoon snack, or whenever you're craving something.

Every bar starts with a simple base of:

• Organic peanut butter
• Almond flour
• Organic honey
• Organic dates
• Grass-fed bone broth protein
• Salt

Depending on the flavor, we also add ingredients like freeze-dried strawberries, cocoa, or our handcrafted dark chocolate.

Yes!

For our Sea Salt Chocolate bars, we make our own dark chocolate from scratch using organic cacao, organic dats and organic cocoa butter.

Most protein bars simply coat their bars with commercial chocolate. We wanted something that tasted richer and matched our philosophy of using simple, real ingredients.

It's more work, but we think it's worth it.

Our bars are made without gluten-containing ingredients.

However, they are produced in a home kitchen and are not certified gluten-free.

No.

We don't use seed oils, preservatives, artificial sweeteners, sugar alcohols or refined sugars.

All flavors contain peanuts and almonds (tree nuts).

Because our products are food, we cannot accept returns or exchanges.
